Nature of the service

We are an independent buying guide and sourcing/forwarding service. We are not affiliated with Weidian, Taobao, 1688 or any agent platform. Product listings and images are illustrative.

Pricing

Prices are shown starting from the figure displayed, converted from CNY, and may change at checkout as sellers update listings. We confirm the live price before you pay.

Orders and QC

You approve QC photos before items ship. Once approved and shipped, standard courier terms apply. Customs duties are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of liability

We facilitate sourcing and forwarding to the best of our ability but are not liable for seller-side defects beyond the QC stage you approve, or for customs decisions in your country.

Shipping and delivery

We forward orders worldwide via DHL, UPS and FedEx with tracking. Delivery times vary by line and destination; estimates are provided before shipping but are not guaranteed, as transit and customs are outside our control. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns and QC

Because you approve every item from QC photos before it ships, items are considered accepted once approved. If an item arrives damaged in transit, contact us promptly with photos and we'll help pursue the courier's claims process where applicable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. The current version always applies to new orders. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
